Hot Hatha Yoga

The practice is based on 26 Hatha Yoga postures in a heated room around 90 degrees to 100.

All Levels including beginners are welcome. All body types and ages practice together.

Ashtanga

The most athletic and physically demanding form of yoga. The foundation of this ancient system, discovered by the late Sri T.Krishnamacharya and his disciple Pattabhi Jois in the 1930's, involves a series of set postures practiced in sequence (vinyasa), there are six sequences in all, the first is known as the Primary Series.


Vinyasa Flow

This class coordinates breath and movement to move from 1 pose to the next a fun based practise expect a smile when you leave.



Forest Flow Yoga

This class has a strong emphasis on the core and working towards challenging asanas building confidence and letting go of fears.

 

Yin Yoga
Floor based practice that works with the connective tissue, the asanas are held for 3-5 minutes and has a calming soothing effect.
